The Application is designed for logistics drivers to view assigned trips or dockets and upload Proof of Delivery (POD) documents. By using this Application, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information Collection and Use
To provide and maintain the logistics features of the app, we collect and process the following information:
- Login Credentials: When you log in, we collect your Username and Password to authenticate your identity against the enterprise servers.
- Session Tokens: To keep you logged in securely, we store authorization tokens on your device using OS-level secure storage.
- POD Images: The application uploads photos of physical Proof of Delivery (POD) sheets. These are only captured and transmitted when you initiate an upload.
2. Device Permissions Required
To enable the core features of the Application, you must grant the following permissions on your mobile device:
- Camera Access: Required to capture real-time, physical images of the delivery documents (POD) directly from the truck or delivery site.
- Photo Library & Storage: Required to select existing POD images from your device gallery if you've already photographed them, and to temporarily store logs or images.
- Network Status: Used to verify if your phone has an active internet connection before initiating the upload sequence.
3. How We Use Your Data
The collected information is used exclusively for logistics coordination and document verification:
- Validating driver credentials for access control.
- Retrieving and showcasing assigned trip lists and individual docket items.
- Transmitting and attaching POD documents to your deliveries in our secure ERP backend system (https://blterpapi.cygnux.in).
4. Data Storage and Security
We take the security of your credentials and documents seriously:
- Secure On-Device Storage: Local tokens are saved using Keychain (iOS) and Keystore (Android) services.
- Encrypted Transmission: All data shared with our backend servers is transmitted over a secure HTTPS channel (SSL/TLS).
- Server-side Protection: The uploaded documents are saved securely on enterprise servers with access restricted only to authorized personnel.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We respect your privacy:
- We do not sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal information or delivery logs to any third-party marketing companies or advertisers.
- All data flows directly to our secure internal endpoint at

6. User Controls and Deletion
You have full control over your session:
- Logout: Logging out clears the security token and credentials from your device's memory.
- Account/Data Deletion: To request complete removal of your records from our ERP database, please contact your logistics administrator or Cygnux ERP Support.
